There are different systems to select a stone. But this system may vary country to country. Moreover, stones are used to cure and prevent diseases for many years. It is called Gem-therapy. Geril Kean’s stone selection

The Geril Kean, western astrologer and a famous stone specialist had devised a formula for selecting proper stones. This formula was the result of his extensive research works and experience.

Geril Kean has advised all the persons of different signs of the Zodiac to wear only one stone in their hand. But in case of a real need, one can wear at best two stones.

I don’t know about the factors that Geril Kean used to select a particular stone for a particular person.

Different persons need to wear different stone. So, selecting a particular stone for a particular person is one thing. The other thing to consider is the appropriate weight of the stone. It could be different in different cases. The weight should be determined by the Astrologer himself. It’s his responsibility.

However, the stone named Akik should always be of 8 caret, in every case. But if an 8 caret Akik is not available then a 7 caret or a 9 caret Akik will do. But many astrologers do not known about it.

My opinion:

When a person is thinking about wearing a stone, he or she should be cautious about dishonest astrologers, or astrologers who lack adequate knowledge or those who practices astrology just as a hobby. The thoughts such as “That stone can bring money”, “That stone can diminish enemies” – are mere superstitions. If a stone had this much power, then there would have been no troubles anywhere.

So remember, wearing a pure stone that is appropriately weighed according to astrological calculations, can influence your health both physically and mentally, and thereby can come into your help. To tell you more, I believe that the tendency to wear 20 stones in 10 fingers should be avoidable. A well selected one or at best two stones are enough to wear.
